  • Wash the meat and cut it into pieces.
  • Add it in a saucepan and bring into boil by adding 1 lt of water.
  • Skim when it starts to foam.
  • Simmer for 1,5 hour until meat becomes tender.
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper and all the vegetables, which are cut in pieces.
  • When vegetables are ready (i.e pinched easily with a fork) remove from heat.
  • Serve in each plate pieces of meat with vegetables with plenty of stock. You can pour some lemon juice if you like.
