Ingredients

• 1 package frozen chopped spinach
• 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
• 2 scallions (green onions) - chopped fine
• 1 cup water chestnuts - cut into pieces
• 1 cup real mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

• Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the water.
• Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.
• Serve with pumpernickel bread
