Ingredients

• 1 kg fresh white cheese from kythnos, crumbled
• 4 eggs
• 3 - 4 spoons of flour
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil for frying

Instructions

• Mix in a bowl the crumbled cheese with the rest of the ingredients.
• Mould and shape the mixture into balls.
• Fry in plenty of oil all around until balls become golden brown.
• Serve warm.
