Ingredients

• 800 gr ostrich steak, cut in cubes
• 2 medium onions
• 1 green pepper, cut in thin stripes
• 1 red pepper, cut in thin stripes
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 250 gr peeled and chopped tomatoes
• 1 glass of water white wine
• 1 cup olive oil
• 200 gr kefalotyri cheese, cut in cubes

Instructions

• Roast the onions, the peppers, the garlic and the meat softly.
• Finish roasting with the wine and add the tomatoes and the cheese.
• Open pieces of aluminium foil and spread the mixture on them.
• Fold the aluminium foil and bake the meat in preheated oven (200 C) for 45 minutes.
