Ingredients

• 1/2 kg ostrich minced meat
• 1 onion
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 large spoon of hard tack
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients well and shape the mixture into medium sized burgers.
• Grill them and serve them hot.
• Alternatively you can fry them.
