- Roast the onion in the oil and add the beef.
- Add little water and cook in low temperature.
- When it is half cooked add the beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper and let it simmer.
- Beef should be tender and remaining sauce thick.
- To tenderize the meat you might need 2 - 3 hours in low temperature
- Serve hot.
