Baked Macaroni

Instructions
- Boil the macaroni in 4 quarts of boiling salted water. Drain well and return to the pan.
- Prepare the bechamel sauce as the instructions describe.
- In a greased casserole (yiouvetsi) put the macaroni in layers with one cup of the cheese.
- Pour over sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
