Spaghetti with sun dried tomatoes and garlic
Directions
- Boil the spaghetti and then drain.
- In a large frying pan saute the garlic and then add sun dried tomato.
- Mix well and empty the content of the frying pan with the spaghetti.
- Dredge with fresh basil leaves and serve.
Ingredients
- 500 grams thin spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, mashed
- Sun dried tomatoes (as much as desired)
- 60 ml olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
