
Potatoes with garlic onion and milk
Boiled potatoes with milk, onion and garlic
The picture shows what was left in the fridge, plus some additional ingredients:
- Small portions of boiled chicken
- 3 full spoons of strained yogurt sauce. A mixture of strained yogurt with olive oil, salt and paprika.
- 3/4 tin evaporated milk
- 1 glass chicken stock
- 1 bowl of mushrooms
- 1 small bowl of gooda grated cheese
Directions
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan and saute the onion and the garlic. Add sugar and mix.
- Add the potatoes and mix well for a while.
- Empty the remaining vegetable stock and stir.
- Add the milk and stir again.
- Add pepper and cook in low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
- Serve warm.
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, cut in thin slices
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 tspn black sugar
- Approx. 1/2 tin evaporated milk
- Half onion, diced
- 1 glass vegetable stock
- 1 garlic clove, finely cut
- Some salt
- Pepper
