Ingredients

• 1/4 cup tahini
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups drained, cooked chick peas/garbanzo beans
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 tsp finely chopped basil

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients but olive oil and basil in food processor for 1 minute.
• Scrape into serving dish.
• Sprinkle olive oil and basil on top.
• Serve with pita triangles.
