Ingredients

• 170 gr sesame paste (tahine)
• 70 spoons lemon juice
• 30 spoons olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, mashed
• Water

Instructions

• Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the pulp becomes like a smooth paste.
• Add the desired portion of water depending on how solid you wish the dip to be.
• Serve cold
