Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• Juice of one orange
• Flour (as much as it takes for making a soft dough)
• Olive oil for frying
• Sugar Syrup or honey

Instructions

• Beat eggs, mix with the rest of the ingredients and knead to make a soft dough.
• Roll out small size filo sheets and fry in low heat.
• Then baste with syrup or honey.
• Serve warm.
