Ingredients

• 500 gr self - raising flour
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tea cup butter (or 1 tea cup olive oil)
• 1 tea cup orange juice
• 3 eggs
• 3 tspns orange rind
• Icing sugar

Instructions

• Beat all ingredients (except of the icing sugar) with a mixer for 5 minutes.
• Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin and bake in 200 C for about an hour.
• Remove from oven, turn out on a platter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
