Chicken with okra in clay pot

- Salt and pepper the pieces of chicken and fry them gently on all sides.
- Remove from frying pan and place them in the clay pot or any heat proof pot you have.
- Then add the okra, the tomatoes and all the seasonings.
- Stir well, add some more salt and pepper, if required, and finally pour the water.
- Bake in 180 C until the okra is tender and most of the meal’s juice has evaporated.
- At least 1 hour of baking is required. Serve warm.
