Chicken and mushroom omelette

- Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the onion and the mushrooms.
- Cook them for 10 minutes until mushroom juices evaporate.
- Add the chicken pieces.
- Beat the 4 eggs and mix them with the milk. Add some pepper to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the frying pan and spread it well.
- Pour the remaining grated cheese on top, cover and cook in low heat until omelette is cooked.
- Serve warm
