Ingredients

• 6 boiled eggs
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/4 cup mustard
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions

• Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a bowl.
• Let the eggs cool, after boiling, and cut each one in 4 pieces.
• Place them in a plate.
• Add salt and pepper and pour over the dressing.
