Ingredients

• 1 lb feta cheese
• 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
• 1/4 cup chopped chives
• 2-3 cloves garlic
• olive oil

Instructions

• Process basil and and chives in food processor until fine.
• Add feta and garlic until well mixed.
• Add enough olive oil to make spreadable.
