  • Wash the fish fillets well.
  • Cut the potatoes in thin slices. Preserve them in a bowl full of water while you proceed with the rest of the ingredients. If you do not put them in a bowl of water they will gradually become green. Water is wasted afterwards.
  • Cut the pepper in thin slices.
  • Mash the tomatoes and the garlic and mix together.
  • Cover the surface of the baking pan with a baking sheet.
  • Add the fish fillets on the baking pan.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients, mix and distribute the mixture in the entire surface of the baking pan.
  • Pour olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in preheated oven (180 C) for 45 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
