Baked Sardines with potatoes

Baked sardines with potatoes in lemon and garlic sauce

The process is much more simplified if you ask the fishmonger to clean the sardines for you. In such a case the preparation time is reduced to 10 minutes! Gavros (another greek small fish) can be used as well instead of sardines.
