The steps demonstrate the preparation of a GREEK SALAD. For a Greek salad preparation it is not obligatory to follow the following steps in the order that we propose. There are several versions of Greek salad. Some people add more ingredients than the ones listed in our recipe. People also add green pepper, caper, vinegar, parsley and rocket.

Step 8: Do not forget olives. In this salad we chose Kalamata olives. As a final step do not forget to mix all the ingredients well.
