Mint
Mint
Hints & Tips:
Mint is a very aromatic herb. Greeks use it in mixtures for stuffing vegetables, in cheese pies, in some salads and ground meat dishes. Mint can be found either in dried form, preserved in a jar or fresh. When preserved in a jar the aroma is lost after several months. Fresh mint is more aromatic. Only one or two leaves, finely cut are enough to give their scent to a meal.
