Dill is used in salads, like in the lettuce salad, in sauces for fish , in pies and in other vegetable and oily dishes. A bunch of dill should always be added in mixtures for zucchini and spinach pies. Dill can be also found in dried form, preserved in a jar, like most of the aromatic herbs.
