Hints & Tips:
Greeks use cinnamon is all sort of cookies, cakes and fried pastry sweets. You can either purchase cinnamon sticks or cinnamon powder. When using cinnamon sticks on cooking, usually after cooking the stick is removed from the saucepan and wasted. It is only used to give an aroma to the food.
