1 kg red peppers,
olive oil,
salt, vinegar |  |

| METHOD |
Wash the peppers carefully and place them in a pan. Bace them in medium temperature until it is possible to peel their skin easily. Peel their skin, remove seeds and drain them. Use a frying pan to fry them in both sides. After frying them place them in a plate, add vinegar and olive oil if non is left from frying. Add salt as desired. |
