| INGREDIENTS |
serves 4-5 persons
- 1 kg green peas
- 1/2 kg chopped onions
- 6-7 spoons olive oil
- 200 gr ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- dill
- 1 1/2 cup water

| METHOD |
Rinse the peas in cold water and drain. Cut the ham in small pieces.
Roast the onions in the olive oil.
Add the peas, the ham, salt, pepper and the dill.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Stir, cover and cook slowly for about 50 minutes. |
