Spaghetti with shrimps

Directions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a large saucepan. Add salt and some drops of oil in order not allow the spaghetti to stick.
  2. Use a saucepan for the sauce. Heat oil and add the garlic the tomatoes and the shrimps. Saute for 2 – 4 minutes and mix well (frozen shrimps are usually sold pre-boiled and cleaned. If the ones you buy are not pre-boiled then you should boil them first to soften). Add the chili, salt and pepper as much as desired, depending on how spicy you want the sauce to become.
  3. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve. Add some fresh parsley on top.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams spaghetti (one pack)
  • Frozen, small in size, shrimps, cleaned. The portion depends on how many shrimps you want on your spaghetti.
  • 6 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chili
  • Pepper
