Ostrich burgers

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and shape the mixture into medium sized burgers.
  2. Grill them and serve them hot.
  3. Alternatively you can fry them.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg ostrich minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 large spoon of hard tack
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg
