
Lenten cookies with white wine (Nistisima koulouria me aspro krasi)
Serves / Yields:
INGREDIENTS
- 180 gr extra virgin olive oil
- 180 gr dry white wine
- 400 gr soft flour
- 1 tspn baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tea cup sesame seeds
METHOD Mix in a bowl the oil with the wine. Add the sugar, the salt and the baking powder. Finally add the flour and mix
well to make a soft dough. Mould the dough and make small cookies. Pour drops of water into the cookies and coat them
with the sesame seeds. Bake in 170 - 180 C for 15 - 20 min and they take a rose colour.
