
Fried Cauliflower (Kounoupidi Tiganito)
Serves / Yields: 3 - 4 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower
For the batter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- Some oil for the batter
- Salt
- Pepper
METHODCut the cauliflower and boil it in salted water until it is slightly underdone. Strain it and seperate the flowers.
Prepare a thick batter with the rest of the ingredients. Heat oil in a frying dip each flower in the batter and deep - fry.
