
Baked potatoes with oregano (Patates sto fourno riganates)
Serves / Yields: 4 - 6 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1,5 kg potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Lemon juice
- oragano
- salt
- pepper
METHODWash and peel the potatoes. Chop them in small pieces and dredge them with salt, pepper and oregano. Spread them in a baking pan, pour olive oil and lemon juice and bake in medium temparature (180 C) for an hour.
