INGREDIENTS
1 glassful of almonds
1 glasful of sugar
METHOD
Heat and whiten the almonds. Then put them in a pan along with the sugar and heat in a low fire. Stir continously until the almonds grow pinkish and the sugar melts. Pour the mixture on a marble slab and cut it in squares. Transfer to a platter and let it dry.
