Roll out each filo and cut circular pieces by using a 10 cm diameter plate. On each round piece of dough place in the middle a spoon full of cheese. Then roll the pieces of dough from one side to another. Try to baste them also with olive oil while rolling them. When they are rolled and have formed a cylinder twist them from one side to another. They should look like the pattern of the shell of a snail. Baste their surface with oil. Use a baking sheet and bake in 180 C until they become brown. Remove from oven and place them hot as they are on a platter. Then pour the honey on top of them. The honey will melt in the heated surface. Let them cool and then serve.
