Flour, as much as it is needed to make a thick pulp.
METHOD
Boil the zuchinni until soft and then grate them. Use a large bowl to mix all ingredients, except of the flour, until they become unified.
Start adding flour gradually until the mixture becomes thick.
Heat oil in a frying pan and drop spoons of mixture in it. Fry on both sides until golden. Remove from frying pan and place them in an absorbing kitchen
paper for a while to absorb any excessive oil. Serve warm.
