| | INGREDIENTS - 1,3 kg octopus, washed and cut in small pieces
- 1,5 cup olive oil
- 1 kg small onions, peeled (do not cut onions in pieces)
- Half cup of vinegar
- 1 cup of water
- 650 gr tomatoes, peeled and mashed
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 bay leaves
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Black thick pepper

| METHOD Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the simmer and cook until all the water evaporates and octopus is left with its oil. |
