Stuffed lettuce leaves with rice and meat - (Dolmadakia me fila marouliou)

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion and meat. Add warm water, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the lettuce leaves in boiled water for a second in order to soften them. Drain lettuce leaves
and place a spoon of the stuffing in each leaf. Fold the leaves and place them in the saucepan. Cover them with
a plate in order not to open. Add water and butter and cook for 45 minutes in low heat.
