NOTES Submitted by a visitor of Greek-Recipe.com: I came up with this recipe one evening after tasting my mother-in-laws Ravani which was so nice but very high in Calories and Fat. So I decided to substitute all the high cal high fat ingredients with low Cal low Fat ones. Now everyone loves it even my father-in-law can now eat it and not worry about his sugar levels.
