Put in roasting tray and squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and inside the cavity. Season with salt and pepper and oregano. Pour olive oil all over. Put in pre-heated oven (190c) and cook for 45 minutes. (Baste the chicken often). Place potatoes in roasting tray and cook for a further 45 minutes. Please note cooking time depends on the size of the chicken. Serve with greek salad.
