 Spaghetti with shrimps

NOTES
This dish is taken from one of the best restaurants in Molivos, named Captain's table. The shrimp pasta that the restaurant offers is very tasty. We believe that the recipe looks like the one that we offer you here! Serves 4 persons.
You can experiment with the portion of garlic, tomato, olive oil and shrimps.

| | INGREDIENTS - 500 gr spaghetti (one pack)
- Frozen, small in size, shrimps, cleaned. The portion depends on how many shrimps you want on your spaghetti.
- 6 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- olive oil
- Salt
- Chilli
- Pepper
- parsley

| METHOD Boil the spaghetti in a large saucepan. Add salt and some drops of oil in order not allow the spaghetti to stick.
Use a saucepan for the sauce. Heat oil and add the garlic the tomatoes and the shrimps. Saute for 2 - 4 minutes and mix well (frozen shrimps are usually sold preboiled and cleaned. If the ones you buy are not preboiled then you should boil them first to soften). Add the chilli, salt and pepper as much as desired, depending on how spicy you want the sauce to become.
Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve. Add some fresh parsley on top. |
