NOTES To our knowledge crepes are french invention. It is not a secret that Greek cuisine has influences from the French and the Eastern cuisine.
Greek : Ζύμη για κρέπες

| | INGREDIENTS - 160 gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass milk
- 1 tspn oil
|
| METHOD Add flour in a bowl. Gradually add half of milk (cold). Stir in order to unify. Beat eggs and add them into the bowl. Add the rest of the milk and stir well. Let the dough for 12 hours covered in fridge before use. |
