INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg shrimps, cleaned
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying
For the batter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tea spoon oil
METHOD
Mix well all the ingredients, used for the batter, add salt and pepper. Wash the shrimps and drain them. Heat oil in
a frying pan. Dip the shrimps in the batter and fry them until golden brown.
