 Fried fish roe balls

| | INGREDIENTS - 2 spoons of fine quiality fish roe (white coloured fish roe prefered)
- 6 slices of white bread
- lemon juice
- Some spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped in thin slices
- Oil for frying
- Flour for coating

| METHOD Remove the breadcrust from the bread slices. Soak the breadcrumbs into a bowl. Strain it.
Mix well the fish roe, the onions and the bread until the mixture becomes thick. Let the mixture stand
for a while in order to thicken more. Shape it into balls, coat in flour and fry. |
