INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Mash the garlic with a mortar and pestle, add herbs and grind. Rinse sides with vinegar and whisk in oil.(If you don't have a mortar and pestle, mince garlic VERY finely and rub herbs between your hands.)

Arrange salad on plates and dress.
