Re: Lamb Stew Posted on 22/03/04
This is a very good recipe--and similar to others i have seen in books and on the net. however, the now-defunct pantheon restaurant on 8th ave.& 43rd st. in new york city served a lamb kapama that was even more extraordinary and i have been trying for years to duplicate it. i would be most obliged to anyone who knows their secret.
