Chicken burgers - (Biftekia apo kotopoulo)

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Use a bowl for placing all the ingredients and moulding the burgers. Grate the tomatoes and chop the onions. Put them into the bowl. Strain the soaked bread and add it into the bowl. Add parsley, milk, oregano, salt and pepper. Work the mixture well in order to become solid and soft. Mould the burgers. You can either bake or grill them. In both cases spread some olive oil into the baking tin or the grill in order for the burgers not to stick in the surface. Serve hot with rice or fried potatoes.
