Greek Yogurt with red peppers dip
- Strain the red peppers and blend mash them in a blender.
- Gradually add the garlic, the capers and the yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Serve with crisps, toasted bread or vegetables.

- 300 grams strained yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 spoon capers
