Fried aubergines

Directions

  1. Wash the aubergines and cut them into thin slices of 1 cm wide.
  2. Salt them and dip them in the flour.
  3. Fry them in hot oil.
  4. Let them drain afterwards using an absorbing kitchen towel for this purpose.
  5. Serve warm.
